What is the 4% Club?
Custom Nutrition - Losing weight doesn't have to be restrictive! In The 4% Club, we don’t cut out any food groups. Depriving yourself is just plain unrealistic. With us, there's no weighing or calorie counting either. It's really simple and fits around your lifestyle. You can eat all your favourite foods without feeling guilty. We focus on getting the balance right of all the delicious and healthy foods that you are already eating so that you can lose weight in an enjoyable and sustainable way. We also have a library with hundreds of delicious recipes you can use.
Membership Site - The membership website contains our entire course curriculum and methodology. Check in and work through the content to learn everything required to make a life-long transformation. We teach you the principles behind a healthy lifestyle. There are lots of great lessons to learn on nutrition, how to release habits that don't serve you anymore, sleep, even delicious recipes to get you excited about flavours. The website will be the foundation for your learning to ensure you keep the weight off!
Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching Call - Your lovely coach will call you each week to have a chat about your progress, to encourage and to mentor you to keep moving towards your goals. They'll keep you accountable and give you a chance to ask questions or simply break down what might be holding you back. Your coach will commit to your goals so that you know exactly what to do week in week out.


Progress Tracker and Lifestyle Tracker  -  The road to success first starts with being mindful. To guarantee that you not only lose weight but keep it off for good, each week you'll submit a quick food diary and weigh in. Your coach will dive deep into your results, with a personalised weekly video providing feedback on what to focus on for the following week. It's great encouragement to ensure you are on track and a fun way to learn!
Super Support - Losing weight isn't just about knowing 'what to do'. It's also about having the right support to make it stick. If you are struggling, you can reach out any time and we will call you to find a solution. As your coaches, it's our job to keep you accountable. It's normal to have highs and lows when losing weight. We are there to guide and support you all the way through your transformation. A simple to use 'Help Me' option is there for you when you need us most!
Weekly Workshop - Every week you will have access to our weekly online workshop where you can chat with our coaches. These sessions are incredibly powerful and serve as your chance to ask questions and learn from other members of our community. Don't panic if you can't make them, all replays will be saved in the group for you to watch at your leisure.
Private Facebook Community - This is the place you can share new breakthroughs, frustrations and anything in between. It's also a great place for guidance if you’re stuck, rather than trying to figure it out on your own. Not only will you learn from the coaches here, but you will learn from what the other members have to contribute.
